Been trying for a few days to see if there's any Canon-direct paper offers,
only to get this error every time:

The store has encountered a problem processing the last request. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact your site administrator.

I figured it was only the link for papers, but I now see it also when trying for ink,
merchandise & gifts, education.

So, I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.
Trying to determine if it's on my end or theirs...

I get that when I go straight to the store and not following the link from the Canon USA website. And I need to be logged in. I think it is just from an expired log in cookie. Or try an incognito window.

You might give us a specific link to test. I can get to https://shop.usa.canon.com …log/ink-paper-toner/paper (external link) (and others) without any issues.

At this moment, that link redirects to https://shop.usa.canon.com/maintenance.html (external link)

Their website is always a mess. I can't count the number of times I've called them about non-working pages and links.

You've got that right, Steve. -?

I just checked again about 2 minutes ago.
Their sites are back online, but I'm still getting seemingly random 'login'
and other errors.
