I purchased this pack new and have been the only owner. I have moved on from all of my FF Canon equipment and no longer need a pack this size (45 liters). The pack is no longer available from Lowepro, but here is the B&H archived page:

that describes all of the features, etc. The pack is complete and in very good condition (there are some minor marks on the fabric and a stain on the bottom of one of the included soft cases). All foam hook-and-loop dividers are present in the soft cases, and the small zippered accessory case is also present. I am 5'10" and this pack fit perfectly for me. The shoulder and waist harnesses have plenty of adjustment. The rainfly is stored in a lower zip compartment and is pretty much as new. Also features a hydration bladder pocket (fits 2-3L bladder) on the right side and a large tripod attachment on the left. Fits carry-on and I never had problems fitting it under seat or overhead.
