Hello hive mind...

I am interested in acquiring a sling style camera bag to be able to fit my gripped 5D4 or gripped 7D. I have seen the think tank retrospective and it's okay. Does anyone have any suggestions or insights to some good sling style bags? I may want to take an additional lens or two as well.

Thanks in advance...

Maybe $100 off will sway you? See https://www.bhphotovideo.com …ctive_5_shoulder_bag.html (external link) for the Think Tank Photo Retrospective 5 Shoulder Bag in Sandstone and Leather, normally $200, now $100. Note that other colors are available but prices change. You change the colors by clicking on one of the five small graphic images just to the right of the large image.

Check https://www.bhphotovideo.com …cido_premium_quality.html (external link) for something else to consider, also at $100 off.

https://www.bhphotovideo.com …cido_premium_quality.html (external link) at $80 off.

https://www.bhphotovideo.com …_cordura_black_black.html (external link) at $100 off, final price $120.

https://www.bhphotovideo.com …d_canvas_khaki_black.html (external link) at $100 off, final price $120.

Hi John,

Thank you for this. I have been on B and H's site nosing around and I did see the sales which is temping me. Some of the ones you have presented don't appear to be able to hold a gripped camera unlike the retro 10/20/30. I would have to do more research on them but they may be good options as well. Thanks again!

It’s been amazing so far. So many useful pockets. Build quality is on par with my think tank stuff.

I am a big fan of the Peak Design stuff - all well designed and executed. Not sure about the gripped though.

I recommend bags (citywalker 30, urban disguise 70, etc) from Think Tank.

I am using the Tenba Messenger DNA 15 for my gripped 7D.
