I have two recent post that have drawn a good bit of response, including some folks adding their own images - which is just fine and I'm glad they did! :-) But it seems to indicate a fair amount of interest in these critters. It is too late to change the titles of my other posts so how about a new ongoing thread of these amazing creatures? Here are some more shots to get things started, but hope others will hop in and post their images too! Lee

Great shot and really beautiful dragonfly. This one seems to have a massive parasite problem.

Love the first one with the dew! I'm way to lazy to get up super early, so I never get to shoot insects with dew drops on them :rolleyes:

Yes, as you know it is quite common to see that. Apparently they are susceptible to a number of parasites.
