Thanks. I'd like to shoot a sequence of on emerging, but so far I've only seen empty "hulls" like this one and one instance of a dragonfly that must have died when starting to emerge...

Not very often one of these poses for me although it could have picked a better background.

I believe it's a female Southern Migrant Hawker Dragonfly, but I could be wrong.
