This is one of those photos that I did not appreciate the first time I saw it on the camera screen. I was preparing the lights and gear for a photoshoot of my 2 week old newborn, my wife and I, and both set of grandparents. I asked her to jump in quickly after breastfeeding the baby, to check the framing, as the wall behind her was small, and I did not have too much space to maneuver in my apartment. After going through all the images, this one caught my attention. This IS her, my best photo of her so far. No make-up, no fancy clothes, just the way she is at home. The woman I'm incredibly proud of. My wife, the mother of my son.

. Sometimes it’s hard enough to get her to pose for a test shot. Didn’t notice the zipper until processing it and left it as it was, as for me, it adds to the shot. The crop, I decided to leave it as it was, I think it adds to the “can we get over this yet?” vibe
