Focal length - Endless running stand still - with moving surroundings

Hello Everybody,

Been a long time I'e been on here, but I remembered a discussion about focal length to create a standstill running / moving surrounding effect.

I just can't find it ... it was a very nice short video of a guy running standing still, but the surroundings indicating that he was moving forward.

Similar as if you would adjust the focal length and simultaneously take small steps backwards

Anyone remembers this thread or video ?
