Came back from holiday to find my very late planted sunflowers (no flowers yet) seemed to be attractive to wasps. Being petrified of wasps, I decided to try and divert its attention from me while I took a photo or three. It seemed to do the trick but he did seem to fly at me eventually - me being paranoid perhaps and I may have just been on its flight path :)

Took this on Exmoor today - normally I am trying to photograph deer and ponies and sheep but fortunately I packed the macro lens too
