Hey guys!

I find the focus point of my a7r III not really visible compared to the focus point of my Canon 5d.... A lot of times I am struggling to find where the focus dot is. Is there a way to make it more visible? Anybody else experienced this?
Is there a way to improve the responsiveness and visibility of the AF (square) dots?

Thanks!

I see the focus points in my EVF, not sure why you don't. Unfortunately I'm new to this camera as well so really can't suggest any help. What focus method are you using?

I’ve found that the Sony AF points aren’t as visible as the Canon AF points, particularly in low light or against dark backdrops. As far as I know, there’s no way to make them more visible (no equivalent to AF point illumination settings on Canon). I wish they’d make it an option to leave them orange like it does when you’re using the touchscreen to AF... we can only hope for something like that in a future firmware update.
