Just started doing team pictures this year and my first project was the cheer leading team. It was their idea to shoot at high noon at 107 degrees here in Texas. Very dizzy when I got up afterwards.

Here's the team picture as well. Notice the dis balance as I have to photoshop another young lady in on camera right when she gets over her current illness. Besides the text, haven't edited the ladies yet at all.

these look pretty good for T&I to me!

how did you light them? it doesnt look like it was existing natural light...

Thanks. I had a flashpoint rapid 600 camera left in a 20 inch parabolic and a flashpoint 360 camera right in a 24 x 24 inch box with a circular ring in it for all shots. I changed the power and position for the individuals though.
