No Flash allowed and handheld. Trying to figure some of this macro stuff out :)

These are quite nice. I'm also impressed with the DOF in the first image (especially at f/2.8).

Thank you both for the comments. I think use of low flash could have helped a bit as well. But still fairly happy with how they turned out.

keep practicing without flash, I hardly ever use it except for tiny subjects with the MPE65
