Realistically, I probably could keep one color on year round since the birds don't seem to care, but I like switching things up from time to time ![]() Who makes those coats Matt? Really sharp. flickr

I didn't see many Sonys though and was thinking it'd be a great cover for the 200-600mm when it gets here. Maybe he does custom work. I'll write them when the time comes. Yeah, it might take him a while to get the 200-600, since he has to actually get one first. For my 600 III I was lucky that it took 6 months to arrive, and he'd gotten it almost right away, so didn't have to wait on the coat

KayakPhotos Goldmember More info | Jul 17, 2019 09:31 | #492 I’ll be joining the club soon. Put a deposit down at a camera store and am on a waiting list (#5). I was going to get the Sony 200-600, but I feel like the weight Savings, ergonomics and sealing of the Nikon won me over in the end. Just a thought from Daniel

MedicineMan4040 The Magic Johnson of Cameras More info | Jul 18, 2019 05:37 | #494 I think it is a great decision Daniel. It's worthwhile especialy at places like Conowingo or Bosque where you stake out a position and wait for the happenings. Plus lightweight enough you can ambulate with it to different spots or hop down the trail=once collapse it is a small package as pictured.....versus a tripod which is usually ungainly for mobility even when collapsed. Never know when you might get old and like a thing like this eh ![]() flickr

I'm reading that a lot of people are starting to receive theirs as of late, so the drought may be almost over.
