6 man bad lights

Nice set of action shots! I don't judge much when it comes to noise, we've all had to deal with it. We have to make choices when it comes to our gear. It's difficult to compete with other photographers with deep pockets, especially those lucky few that have their gear supplied to them by their employers. I've been shooting with the same two bodies for the last 5 years, a 7D & a T2i (which is basically a 7D with much lower FPS). I'm lucky enough to make money at this so being without equipment means I'm not making money. I'm in the process of getting new bodies. I just picked up the 6D. I know it's an older body & it's not geared towards sports (4 FPS), but I am so tired of the noise from the older crops I have. I now have to get a second body & the 7D MII was one of the three I was thinking of. The FPS (10) is a great feature but I've seen/heard so many bad things with higher ISO. The 80D is a beloved camera and looks pretty good in low light, and still gives me 7 FPS which I can deal with (and $500 cheaper). I still wanted to have a crop sensor for the extra reach of my glass, but now I'm thinking of the 6D MII which gives me the FF plus 7 FPS. So I'm down to the 80D or 6D MII, the 7D MII is out.

Honestly, now that I've had my first FF it's going to be difficult to settle for a crop.

Our Varsity game got moved to Thursday night because of the chances for rain.

Great shots. My varsity game is tonight at 7. They are calling for rain beginning around half time. I'm only shooting the first half due to newspaper's early deadline, so I might luck out.

Every Friday night a Pittsburgh news station covers 3 or 4 games for the evening broadcast. Tonight our game is 1 of them, 2 undefeated teams. Should be fun.

Yes, Graham vs Decatur. Decatur was predicted to advance to the regional finals in the playoffs this year, but our defense will have to dramatically improve.

The first shot is nothing great, just a shot I like. The 2nd shot is an adorable kid that got to go out and get the kicking tee at the opening kick off for the 2nd half.
