Downtown Corpus Christi last night. The water was so still.. just like glass.. perfect night to take water reflection shots!

And yes, I didn't have a tripod, feel pretty proud that I was able to wall-hold this at 8 seconds exposure!

I had that lens when I first started shooting; with an Elan 7. It was actually the lens I started with on the 5D as well. It was fairly good.

Me too. I bought it 2 weeks before the Mk II was announced. It was on sale. I felt very lucky at the time. So THAT'S why it was on sale!
