Striped lynx spider, Oxyopes salticus. I was not aware that I had lynx spiders in my area, but now I do!

The largest jumping spider in my area is Platycryptus undatus. I can generally find one or two of them on my shed. I think the genus name refers to their low profile, which they make good use of bc when alarmed they slip into any nearby crack in the wood. This one is a male, and the pictures are taken as staged shots at the kitchen table with paint swatches used as a handy background (paint swatches are recommended for this, btw!). This species of jumper is a joy to work with bc they are relatively calm for a jumping spider.
