The Sun in Ha 08 Sept 2018

Hi guys,

first solar observing for a month.
Winter time isnt conducive for having the sun in the sky outside of work hours. Some nice prominences to be had this weekend

Lunt 60mm solar scope, 12mm BF, Televue x2.5 Powermate, ASI1600mm Cam and Sharpcap

These are just single frame images

yup really nice, thanks :-) .
I bought a Televue 2.5 powermate in August and that is helping me get a much better "closer in view"

Still got to sort out doing video and stacking in registax etc. I did have a play some months ago
the results were not overly brilliant hahaha
