Lower Manhattan 9/11

I decided to head to a spot that you can get a great vantage point of lower Manhattan including the Statue of Liberty, WTC and Brooklyn Bridge. I was joined by probably close to 100 other photographers spread out while there. I like the shot and composition but because i was editing on my laptop, it looked slightly more exposed then how it appears now. I still have all the raw files and will be trying some other edits out this weekend.

It's a shame you couldn't position Liberty in the dark space between buildings but I guess you were restricted by where you could stand. I visited NYC last week, my first visit to the US and loved every moment.

hmmm, i might check that out tonight. You can get further out towards the water which might get what you mention. but that night, there were lots of people down there.
