Fujifilm X-T3 worse high-iso noise from RAW files than the X-T2?

Comments regarding the XT-2 and or XT-3 with On1 RAW 2019?

XT3 pixel count = XT2 pixel count * about 108%,
so pixels are about 8% smaller on the XT3, which puts it at an inherent disadvantage in the collection of light (smaller catch basin for photons per pixel)

The x-T3 also has a new back illuminated sensor so produces less gain noise as it is better at gathering light, overcoming the increase in pixel density to some extent. Fuji did tune the output for an improvement in the lower ISO range.

What's defined lower iso? I see very little issues with the fuji sensor at lower iso. They should have concentrated on the other end of the scale where it can be compared with other sensors in low light. Is the X-t3 that much better than the X-t2 at lower iso?

'That much' not sure how to measure that but I can shoot at ISO 80 and the images are nice to work up. High ISO is about the same as the X-T2
