what would you choose VANGUARD Alta PRO 2 VS Manfrotto 190XPRO3 ? 
VANGUARD in comparison with Manfrotto ....
I have Canon 700 , Canon 100 /2.8 L Makro USM

I love the Manfrotto tripods and monopods but, the Vanguard performs just as good if not better than the Manfrotto. I have three Vanguard tripods, one travel and two standard. I do have a Manfrotto monopod that I really enjoy and use quite often too but again, as far as choosing between the two tripods, the Vanguard Alta Pro is my tripod of choice.
