Good adapter for manual glass that is cheap?

I have my 12mm fisheye that I want to find a cheap adapter to stay permanently on the lens. This way it saves one less adapter swap and I don't need an electronic adapter. I found this one:

but nut sure if there is another better option for cheaper? Anyone know of anything else?

I absolutely wouldn't go any cheaper. While you may not need any information passing back and for between the lens and the camera, you are talking about using a wide angle lens on it, and the coatings around the barrel must still be somewhat decent. A wide spreads the light around a lot, and any refraction of light bouncing off the sides of the barrel needs to be controlled otherwise you will get lens flare effects and a general softness to the image.

The one you listed says it was designed for NEX bodies (crop sensors). I don't see why it wouldn't still work with your camera. But heck, its only $16, so not a huge risk here.

I am not sure I would even go that cheap ......
