I thought I'd ask here before going to the hospital, and getting checked for West Nile

Next time, take multiple images, say, 5, and then use a median stacking filter, and the middle-bright pixel of the 5 images should be background in most cases, with the mosquitoes. Or, just use a very long exposure, and the mosquitoes will be very transparent streaks.

A context-sensitive healing brush can be worked on already-spilled milk.

I'm on my phone and have not viewed the photo, but maybe the photoshop scratch and dust filter would help.

...and I believe the females are the ones that suck blood for reproduction.
The males don't, only drink nectar. :-P

Heck of a sunrise/sunset there.

On my 19" PC monitor, viewed at 100%, there are multiple blurry "somethings" in the upper right quarter. Photoshop Elements 2018 and the spot-healing brush, content aware, small brush size, could get rid of most of them if you have the patience and perseverance.

That's what I thought at first, but maybe it was a straight-up question after all, except for the number. See below.

When I take off my glasses and get up close, I can see spots now. This screen is smaller.

You even picked them up at 1/20th second. Guess you need to slap a ND filter on and shoot slower yet so they blur. :)
