DPP 4.9.20 is available, literally today October 4th 2018.

Some resources I've found to be helpful.

The manual for version 4.9.20 can be found at http://gdlp01.c-wss.com …08/dpp-4-9-20-w-im-en.pdf (external link)

Canon made video tutorials can be found at https://cpn.canon-europe.com …re/dpp_video_tu​torials.do (external link). These are quite extensive and include a source for some sample RAW images to use for the suggested workflows.

Working fine on both High Sierra and Mojave. The Canon site recognized Mojave but didn't offer the new version. I just switched it to HS which I've done before.
