I'm going to Cerro Pelon in February and may also check out Sierra Chincua or El Rosario while I'm there. I found some info here (external link) but was wondering if anyone here on POTN has some additional thoughts on what to bring (what not to bring) or any other tips. This isn't a photography workshop trip but I do plan to take plenty of pictures. Most of my past photo trips have been bird centered but I plan on leaving the 500mm home this time. ;)

Hmmm, well nobody replied so I assume nobody here has been there? Should I post in another section? I guess I'll have to do some more research and report back!

POTN search for Monarch found this.
(Just reading from the results page) probably more with a bit more digging.
