WORLDWIDE PHOTO WEEK: Part 637 - Photographer in the Picture

Every week we select a new theme, and then go out and shoot that theme. This week the theme is Photographer in the Picture. As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.


This week.. Take a photograph and show yourself somewhere in the image. How you do that is up to you, be as creative as you like.

Here are the rules:
1. Shots need to be taken between Monday Sunset and the following Monday by Sunset (Whenever that is for you ). Because this activity is supposed to encourage us to get out and shoot, please don't post old shots from your archives. Snapshots and art are equally welcome -- just get out & shoot, and then share!
2. Post your shots at any time during the week.
3. Post a maximum of two shots if you're uploading them to POTN (i.e., attaching them). You can post more than two if you're linking to shots that are not hosted by POTN (i.e. embedding them) but keep within POTN rules. Also keep within POTN rules about size. Reflection in computer screen with brightness turned off; darkened with settings in M mode; reversed horizontally. Photo editing not OK this time, please. Others who aren't very photogenic will understand.

That's an impressive construction job. All neat and square.

Thanks OhLook, it was somewhat of a challenge using trees as part of the foundation on the side of a hill and used lumber that I salvaged from construction jobs. The paint was a mix from left overs from painting jobs, I didn't do well on that part

Come on, the paint is lovely! I'm only surprised that it isn't camo green for that setting.

If anyone were to go to this blind I just finished building you will need taller boots than I had on. Photo was taken as a 4 inch rain ended, add that to the 14 1/2 inches two weeks ago makes this the first year I've complained about drought and a flood in the same year. As for the Mosquitoes that have enjoyed the flood waters, I hope they enjoy the freezing temps that are hours away,

When I first glanced at it, I wondered where was the crescent on the door...then I realized it was elevated and couldn't be one of those.

Nice job on this one Steve. Are those cedar trees of some kind? I would have expected to see more deciduous trees in your area.ߘ
