Have had as many as five of the furry little buggers out there at a time this morning. Looks like I will need to redo the post that hold the feeders to make it a little more difficult for them... Here they put a sleeve of thin sheet metal around the poles or trees to stop possums climbing.

Squirrels greatly approve of the new ones for two reasons. First they are bigger diameter so an easier stretch to the feeder from the post and even get onto the feeder. Second, they have a "pan" at the bottom for loose seed which makes it even easier to snatch seed instead of trying to get it from the feeding holes as well as a comfortable seat for the little jerks. Are you sure those are bird feeders?

LoneRider Goldmember More info | With the feeders hanging from cable they really can't get enough "grip" to get to it from above. The other feeders were't as big around and hung far enough away from the post that they couldn't stretch over and reach. Wayne...

The AF is working better for me each time I use it. Still have a large learning curve but I am liking it so far. These are both cropped quite a bit but very little post processing needed. They looked great SOOC!! Image hosted by forum (1014391) © edmidlifecrisis [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. Please log in to see the good quality stuff.
