I took a run up to RMNP last night for some Milky Way images. I ended up with more from the glow of the Cameron Fire. The smoke plume from the fire down in Grand County plus the haze settling in from the Cameron fire mushed out the bottom of the core. There was ash floatng in the air when I was stopped just east of the Alpine Visitor Center.
