Thanks. Was obviously (I hope it's obvious) going for the blurry effect, maybe a little bit slower on the shutter speed would have been optimum, but it worked out ok.

I see on your Flickr page that you used a 10 stop filter for a long exposure. Does that make the people disappear?

Yes, but not fully, you can see some "grey/brown mist" below church and trees - this is smoothed people. But there was a lot of people, if they are just 20-50 and they moving during exposure, they can be erased fully, I guess.

I have another example:
https://photography-on-the.net …showthread.php?p=19376124

This was 10stop as well, but not so much people around and you can see clear image.

What brand filter do you use? I have a 6 stop that gives me a color cast at times. I'm getting better at removing it,but would rather not deal with it The color in your photos looks right on, would never know there was a filter involved if you didn't make a note of it.

I'm using the FREEWELL magnetic filters. 5, 10 stops and CPL. It's near 100$ per each. Very handy things! I hate to unscrew "old-fashion" filter just for exposure metering, with magnetic kit it's very easy to do. One bad thing with this kit - you can't add ND Grad to this system because it's always a ring. But I can live with it.

You see color cast on your filter because it is cheap, I guess. I had one ICE 10 stops filter for $20 and it's add so much blue tint on photo that I used it just 1 time.
Good filter must cost much. Last year prices on filters rised even higher. :(
