SpaceX launched their Starlink 6-3 mission at 2:19 AM (very AM) on Friday morning. This dock behind my condo conveniently lines up exactly with CCSFS Pad 40. So I roll out of bed, grab my EOS R and tripod, stroll over to the dock, set it all up, lock the shutter at T-0, and after 2 minutes or so, close the shutter and walk back to bed. Easy peasy . . .

My only regret was using my 24-70 and not my 16-35, where I could have captured the streak all the way to MECO. Oh well, I knew the azimuth angles and tried to get away with the 24mm shot. Live and learn . . .
