Hey all -- just wanted to weigh in on some new gear for anyone living in two-body land!

I've been a fan for several years now of Custom SLR's slide straps. They're durable, comfortable and a good value. Recently I moved to two bodies for my work and after a couple shoots trying to pinch my head off wearing two straps X fashion, I tried out their dual strap conversion kit.

It works like a dream! It is just a back plate and front inserts -- you have to have two slide straps to make it complete -- it goes together easily and makes working with two bodies comfortable. The only things I'm not totally thrilled with: No quick release for the cameras -- you're pretty much stuck with two bodies at all times (unless you unscrew at the body) and it is not easily adjustable -- the adjustment straps are at the back, so you have to take it off in order to adjust. And I haven't used it enough to be able to get in/out of it without thinking about it -- but I'm sure that will improve with use.
