I really like the shot - but as someone else pointed out, I think it may be a little over sharpened. Also, it could benefit from burning the teddy a little so you can see some more detail in the centre. Finally, there's something in the bottom left corner, which could benefit being cloned out.

I agree with Carzee and Goatee about oversharpening . And IMO compression plays its role here too. I have to admit that I have kind of crazyness about sharpening. Sometimes I go too much and plus compressed ...
I try to learn every day something new and your critiques are very helpful.
