In early September i spent 4 nights with Tusk Photo at Elephant Plains in the Sabi Sands. I'd seen a number of Leopards on two previous trips to Africa but with most of them photographic opportunities were limited. We were always in shared vehicles so had to contend with others who were not like minded when it comes to the needs of even a VERY amateurish photographer as myself.
Elephant Plains and Tusk Photo are to say the least totally opposite. If you want to see and shoot (with a camera of course) Leopards.....this is the team and the place to do it. It was absolutely outstanding.
First image is a female-Tiyani, and the second is a large male-Anderson, with an Impala kill he stole of a pack of Wild Dogs.
We seen 5 different Leopards in 4 days and one of those, Hukumuri we encountered on 3 different occasions.
