Does anyone have experience buying open box or used camera from bedford?

Looking to pick up an open box camera but their no return and no refund policy is making me think twice. What if the camera is dead on arrival? I don't have access to a physical store.

Are you sure that's what the policy is? I searched for open box at that site and found two cameras available. It says:

" Open Box Items: Packaging may be unsealed, missing, or misplaced in box. Item possibly used as store display. Not returned or exchanged. "

It does not say that you can't return it. It says it was not sold and then returned to them previously.

But you may be looking at something else that they have available.
