Adorama and Helen - Awesome Combo

Just wanted to tell those who don't know her, that Helen Oster with Adorama is awesome. Twice in the past couple of years I've messed up something when ordering items at Adorama. I emailed Helen and explained my goof up and asked if she could help. Granted my mistake and they didn't have to do it, but Helen jumped right in and helped me out and resolved my issue. Just wanted to thank you to Helen here on the forum.

Adorama has never messed up one of my orders nor have I had to use their customer support but just knowing that there is a person out there who is available to help if problems arise is why Adorama is top on my very short list of vendors I will use. Helen, I hope your bosses appreciate the value of your service.

Really pleased to see this; I hope we can continue to meet - or better still surpass - your expectations. And if not, you know where I am!

(and yes, I think they do.....they've put up with me constantly bringing up multiple issues to improve all we do for our customers over the past 11 years, after all!)

I've bought several times from Adorama over the past few years. Never had a problem. Always a good experience.

Now if Helen want to drop a hint about black Friday deals at Adorama, I'm all ears.

Seems to me that it makes sense to order before Black Friday. If prices go up you win, and if prices go down, the price will be credited......and you have less chance of your gear being caught up in UPS madness.
