Amidst playing with my new R5, I have gotten back into photography as a whole and I've been tinkering with my M6m2 again. I love this little camera. And yesterday as I was poking through the menus I saw "Focus Bracketing"! I was excited about it on the R5 and never realized this camera had it. I took a few series with it but haven't run them through yet. This one is one of our puppies when she was about 11 weeks old.

Smoke from a wildfire in central Washington provides a nice filter for sunset images.

Some old school practice by manually dragging the camera on the countertop to get this effect in a one shot take. Did about 30 tries to get this one. Was fun.

Focus point was lens hood, handheld @ f2.8 - 60MM EF-S Macro, I really hope Canon does not kill the EOS-M line, I'm loving my M5 on the days I don't take out the 5D2

Great shot. I agree - I hope they don't kill the line. I suspect it's over though. I'm quite happy with my kit though, it's so compact. So I will keep it until it doesn't work anymore.

My EF-M kit:
M6m2
Sig 16mm
22mm
32mm
11-22
18-150

Such an awesome little kit. And I can mount my 100-400 and optionally the 2x.

Agreed, as they really have not released a ton of lenses for it, I think over time I will collect all the lenses that Canon has made and the 3 sigmas.

On one had the used marked might get cheap or it could swing the other way and get pricey.... who knows.

The 18-55 pictured is used and it was mint condition with lens hood :)

As you say its so compact I might see if I can get some sort of pelican style case and keep it all together.

I'm probably going to grab the 56mm so I have 24, 35, 50 and 85 covered. That's a pretty robust kit plus the 2 travel zooms covering 17-240. Add in the 100-400 with the 2x and I can go all the way up to 1280. :). AF is a touch off my R5, but the tradeoffs are so worth it in size and weight. I'm trying to figure out some arthritis/tennis elbow thing right now that makes is downright painful some days to hold my heavier camera. While it beats the alternative, getting old is quite literally a pain.

I still love the 22mm. Such a versatile, compact setup.
