Before I mount a Speedlite 600EX-RT on my M5*, does anyone know the maximum safe load of its hot shoe? I couldn't see any warnings in the manual, but I wouldn't want to bend its likkle chassis...
*Yes it looks silly and the balance is terrible.

I just had to repair a 580EX and had the base torn apart fixing it. Past Equipment | My Personal Gallery

Or, if you're feeling adventurous, switch to the Godox/Flashpoint system and get a V350c flash. flickr
