Hi,
I have an issue with my 77D. When I connect it to the PC via USB EOS Utility does not start as I remember did with the 400D. My PC is a Windows 10 64bit. It recognizes the camera but it does not consider EOS Utilitiy as a program to be used for the camera. It propose me other programs or do nothing. I disinstalled and reinstalled all the Canon SW suite but the issue remains.
Any suggestion?
Thanks a lot for your help

Ensure that you have the right version of EOS Utility for your camera, my old 7D1 needs EOS Utility Version 2 and my 5D3 needs EOS Utility Version 3. Neither camera will hook up to my Windows 10 PC through the wrong EOS Utility version.

Download the correct version from Canon which may require your camera's serial number to verify.

As well the first time your camera gets recognized by Windows you may have to tell it that EOS Utility is supposed to launch automatically ever time you hook that camera up.

Solved, the solution was to enable the service of EOS utility at the start of Windows. Maybe I disabled once.
