I went out this afternoon just to find something to aim my camera at. It was super cloudy, rainy, windy- 36 degrees and just plain gloomy. After walking around for 15 minutes looking for movement of some kind, I began to wonder how much rain was on the lens already (forgot about that tiny detail when I left the house).

Hmmmmmmm- a LOT! I momentarily thought of just leaving- wasn't seeing any birds anyway. Then, what the heck- I've never put it to a test- what could it hurt to try?
Soon I found a couple targets and this is how the shots turned out:

High ISO, sloooooooooooooow shutter speed, handheld- I was surprised at how well they came through that mess!
