I built a website through Wix.

It is the free version at the moment.
I will purchase a domain and the full site without ads, but interested in hearing critiques first :)

Looks very nice. My only complaint is that your showcased videos on the home page are being replayed at too low a resolution and they appear to be out of focus or maybe they are out of focus, not sure which. I would replace them with the best of your best stills.

IMO the compression or whatever is causing your videos to appear OOF would be a deal-breaker for me. It was the first thing that I noticed. It stood out to me like a sore thumb. If I were looking for a photographer to produce photos or videos for my event, I would think: Gee, is this the best this guy can do? I would look elsewhere. I can tell that you are an excellent photographer and IMO you need to showcase your very best work, and have that work presented in the best light by the website in order to attract clients. If WIX can't provide less compression(or whatever), I would go somewhere else to design my website.

Just my two cents worth.

I am seeing a whole 'nuther industry for this... Model rail road backrounds. Shots of rail yards, track, (GET PERMISSION FIRST!) city scenes, country scenes, the list is endless.
