I purchased this at the end of my Canon era, shortly before switching to Sony. I'm not sure if it's possible to check the shutter count on this 77D but it's definitely under 5K (probably more like 3K or so).
Haven't used it for months, shooting with Sony now.
Date: Purchased on 11/4/2017 from one of the big name non-authorized dealers (6ave). It's over a year old so US warranty is N/A anyways.
Condition: near mint, at least 9.5/10. Works great too.
Comes with: Everything in the box: body, caps, battery, charger, strap, papers, box. Plus the kit lens (which I purchased later, separately.) Plus a new 32GB Sandisk SD card, a filter for the lens, hood for the lens, a new sling backpack, a monopod, bunch of extra stuff like cleaner, etc.
