aezoss, thanks for the location info. I have been out there a number of times and know what you mean by the "gravel with a lot of ruts". For me, the scenery and the photography is well worth it.

Next time, if you haven't done it, a side trip to the Kananaskis Lakes, particularly the Upper one is quite worth it.

This is gorgeous. The rock at the front looks a little big and dominant but the view toward the end that allows us to peak into the sky and forest is amazing! Love it!

Spring is Wattle time, when the Wattles (Acacia's) break out into their golden display and transform the countryside.

Technically my first landscape shot with the new M6 Mark II. It's more of a snapshot but the atmosphere was nice. I walked down from the hotel to the edge of the Colorado River outside Austin, TX. Foggy morning as you can tell.
