so, are these specific filter packages run thru Lightroom, or HDR?

https://nikcollection.dxo.com/hdr-efex-pro/ (external link)

HDR Efex Pro --- Nik filters.

I started with 2 images... created a panorama in Photoshop. I then used HDR Efex to create the HDR image. I worked on the image in Photoshop as well... dodge/burn/sharpen etc. The challenge I have with HDR images is to not "overcook" the scene. I want them to come off vibrant but not crazy saturated if that makes sense.

Hope this helps.

Saddleworth moor and the reservoirs. I spend a lot of time here and never tire of it.

The Kancamaugus Highway, between Lincoln and Conway NH. It traverses to just over 2500 ft.
This was about 2300.

A couple nearby waterfalls (well, it is technically the same waterfall, but upper and lower). On cloudy days, I think it is a better payoff than some of the more popular hikes in the same area (mountain views? what mountain, there is only white...:-P), but this place doesn't get as many people. This is with a CPL which helped quite a lot to improve contrast between the white of the water and dark wet rocks.
