That is pretty much all that I do at this stage in my skill level. Maybe some straightening and some slight cropping

Jan 11, 2019 22:57 | #21 Tried out some basketball tonight. ISO was quite high as I was shooting in shutter priority with Auto ISO. Could not really get the shutter speed above 1/500 IMAGE LINK: https://troybracker.smugmug.com …lbum/n-nph5Rv/i-mcpTnkh/A

I could see a little motion blur in a few shots that I ended up trashing. I need to really start to work on PP skills if I am going to do very much indoor shooting.

I'd love to be at 1/1000-sec and ISO 8000, which is what you have. I'm usually 1/800-sec (the lowest I'm willing to go for HS basketball) at ISO 10,000+ 1Dx Mk II, 5D4 and some L glass (gear list / feedback)

I strongly suggest that if you don't trust your PP skills, start with that. Generate a JPG from there that you can take to LR and do some NR and sharpening. You can play a bit with the NR sliders in DPP. Image hosted by forum (955454) © TeamSpeed [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. Please log in to see the good quality stuff.
