Hello all!

I have been giving a task by a photographer, and i am unsure if my camera is up for the specs of the task.

He wants two things which i am unsure of how to swing with my 400D

1: AEB +-3
I only seem to be able to set it to +-2, or is there some hidden button i am unaware of? because i can set the EC for +1 and then my AEB is -1 +3 (but should be -2 +4)

the oother thing is he wants ISO 320, but i can only set the iso for 100,200 and 400 unless there is a place to set custom ISO?

I look forward to your help!

Thanks!

- Jack

It's been ages since I used a 400D, but I think the max exposure compensation is + or -3. So getting it to 4 wont work. You should be able to go into custom settings and change the iso settings to 1/3 stop.

If you are brave enough and have time on your hands, you might try 400plus.
This is a Firmware add-on with lots of features.

Funny how often this happens ... start thread and apparently walk away before even one reply is made.

On the off chance you ever return, you are right that there is a limitation of the software that drives you camera. You can't get less than full stop ISO, and if you want a larger bracket you have to do it manually.
