I am finally done editing daughter's Senor portraits (5th child, 3rd daughter.) Yes, I am the SLOWEST when it comes to my own kids! OY. But one of the benefits of having a photographer as a mother is the ability to have a lot of versatility in her final album. I took the photos over a period of 3 or so months and here is the 2nd batch taken in downtown Ashland, Wisconsin.

All are good!!

What lens did you use for this shoot, Because I could find little more CA on 5,6.

Since I am new to portrait photography, I find difficult to get the natural expressions as if it is taken at the moment(no 4).
If it is known person I feel comfortable, But for unknown customers I feel difficult.

Thankyou

These were taken with my Canon 135 2.0 and the last one with my Canon 50 1.4. Getting a natural expression IS tricky, that's why I try to make sure that I meet my clients BEFORE the session to talk things through and get to know each other a little so that there aren't nerves. Of course, some people are just more relaxed and natural in front of the camera (she being one,) which also helps! :)
