Fixed-Lens Photo Challenge #18: Subject: Winter Wonderland!
_______________

This week’s topic: A lot of us seem to be stuck in a frozen tundra. Some of us live in a tropical state that hasn't seen snow in years. Both can provide a unique experience. Lets see the wonderful side of this amazing season! From sandy beaches to beautiful rolling hills of snow!

Between sandy beaches and beautiful rolling hills of snow came this mess in Springfield last Tuesday!

Ice storm didn't stop me from enjoying my 964 (but it did prevent me from opening the hood!)

Congratulations Stiga!

Seeing your photo makes me want to light and fire and get the coffee brewing.

This was a difficult decision for me honestly. DrMitch, the image you shared got me very excited. I'm a fan of Porsche. I love the details in the show and on the badge.

JimAskew, I know why, but seeing the wipers up on that truck made me chuckle!

Thank you guys for sharing your winter wonderlands!

Thank you for joining! I look at it as quality/quantity. I'm excited to see what you come up with.

Congratulations to Martin and to DrMitch :-). I was also disappointed in the participation this past week. Let’s hope we can get a few more players this week!

I had my wipers up on my Highlander because we had snow, followed by freezing rain, followed by sleet, followed by just rain last Tuesday! What a mess... bring on spring!

Thanks to camarogod93 for a fun challenge...timely topic for me for sure :-)

Congratulations, Martin! I enjoyed all the shots of frozen stuff. I had nothing to put in this week. Winter here isn't wondrous, it's just wet.

I'm from Michigan originally. I've seen that done and understand why its done haha I just have no need to do that here. Unless I want to stop the blades from melting...
