Video is usually shot full manual. Shutter speed is normally twice the frame rate, so 1/50 if you're filming at 24fps, or 1/60 if you're filming at 30 fps. Usually, shutter speed is a "set it and forget it" thing. ISO is ideally manually controlled, but can be left auto under some circumstances, like when all you really need to worry about is getting a good exposure. It will work nicely when your lighting is constantly changing, but exposure changes might be visible in your video.
Sorry I can't help too much with the 5D4 in particular, I can't remember what I did on the 5D3, but this should at least be rough guide on helping you start with video.
