Preferably at least 6" x 6". Bigger is better, but I'd like to spend under $40.

...Edit: looks like maybe I used the wrong name... What I want is very high saturation gels.

My local Foto store has large sized gel sheets. I did get a bunch from B&H a ways back. Do a search there. And a rollable case to store them too.

Saturation can be influenced by exposure. Full CT means “max” I suppose. It’s pretty standard. Check out B&H.

Search B&H for Rosco. Three purchasing avenues: by the roll, by the sheet, by the swatchbook. The swatchbooks are loaded with dozens of colors but don't exactly match your requirements for $40 and 6"x6". I have the 3"x6" Cinegel swatchbook for $24 but the next size up is the 6.5"x12" for well over $100. The sheets are $7 for 20"x24" and offer every color in creation. 24 shades of red, anyone? :)

Canon, Nikon, Contax, Leica, Sony, Profoto.
