Where is the G7x Mark III!?

Been looking for a new vlogging camera, and a bunch of rumors SEEM to be solidifying around the g7x. With the new EOS RP out, I thought it would be announced by now.

I don't know if I keep waiting - or for how long... or jump on the mark II. Of course,the g7x iii might get announced tomorrow, but availability may be immediate or months away.

I'm really hoping/expecting better features from III like DPAF in 4K, maybe 120fps in 1080p... some leaked pics show a mic in. Seems like a perfect vlogging camera!

Rumor is they are not making one, They are making a replacement to combine the 80D and 7d mark II line into 1.

Hmm, but the g7x line is none of those?

Sony still has their 1" cameras, their APS-C line, and their FF line...

Historically the g7x and RX100 were always competing?

What’s wrong with the G7II ?
I own it. What’s the issue with it ?

The SL2 has the reputation of being a wonderful blogging camera. May want to check it out.
