When i bought my grip i lost the original cover for the battery compartment.
Does anyone know if you can buy replacements?

You push that part towards the centre of the battery door, which shortens the length of the hinge, and you can then remove the door from the camera.

Maybe with it banged up it has jammed. When you get the new one you will probably be able to see how it fits. Good luck. Brian
