Pretty common site to see somebody diving into a river.
But I can't ever remember seeing anybody diving into Sydney Harbour.
Milson's Point ferry wharf makes a good diving platform

There was a police helicopter in the area , with a diver in the back seat , so they could have got some training in if they had wanted to Dave
